Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of LekhaPoth (www.lekhapoth.com), operated by Sophiya Lena. Contact: admin@lekhapoth.com.

By entering the site, creating an account, or using an API key you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use LekhaPoth.

These Terms describe the service. They are not legal advice and they do not claim that any particular work is lawful in every jurisdiction.

1. The service

LekhaPoth publishes fictional adult Bangla choti, sex stories, erotic serials and related media (text, audio, image, video, documents where offered). Stories are fantasy. They are not instructions, not real-world offers, and not depictions of real identifiable people unless clearly labelled otherwise by staff.

Staff publish the catalogue. Readers do not upload chapters.

2. 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old. The age gate is an attestation. A false attestation is a breach of these Terms and we may delete the account and block access.

The site is not for children. We do not knowingly allow users under 18.

3. Absolute prohibitions

You must not, and we will not knowingly, host or transmit:

• Any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, in text, image, audio, video, or roleplay — including “aged up”, “looks younger”, or school-setting material that presents a minor. Zero tolerance. We will remove it and, where the law requires, report it.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Sexual content of a real person made or shared without that person’s consent (including non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfakes of real people).
• Doxxing, threats, or using the service to commit a crime.
• Scraping or mirroring chapter bodies, media, or the catalogue to run a competing library or to republish our works.

Character chat is covered by the same rules: every character and every described person in a prompt or message must be an adult.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password you register with. Do not share your password or API key. We may lock, suspend, or delete accounts for Terms breaches, abuse, or security events.

Email verification is required for some features (including API keys). A suspended account may still load read-only profile data; writes will fail until staff restore it.

API keys (lpak_…) act as you, with scopes capped by your live permissions. They cannot be used for password or email changes. Keep them secret.

5. Your content on the service

You may create handles, personal collections, reactions, and (if offered) chat messages. Public collections at /u/{handle}/{slug} are visible to anyone with the link when you make them public. We may remove user-generated text that breaks these Terms.

You grant us a licence to host and display that user-generated material so the feature can work. Published stories remain the operator’s / credited authors’ intellectual property. You may read them; you may not copy the bodies for republication.

6. Character chat (when available)

Chat is private roleplay between you and a staff-authored character. It is not canon. It does not edit chapters, series descriptions, or other readers’ views.

Replies come from a third-party model configured by staff. The model can be wrong, crude, or inconsistent. Do not treat it as the published story. Do not try to make it describe minors.

We may rate-limit, disable, or delete chats that break these Terms.

7. Acceptable use of the API and site

Use the public API and personal keys as a reader would: browse, search, manage your library. Do not:

• Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Probe for other users’ private data (a missing chat or collection is 404, not an invitation to brute-force ids).
• Use the service-token path; that token is for our own frontend, not for you.

8. Takedown

If we remove a work we may serve a gone (410) page rather than a blank 404. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights or breaks Section 3, write to admin@lekhapoth.com with the URL and a short explanation.

9. No warranty

The site is provided as-is. Adult fiction will offend some readers. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free software, or that a model reply is suitable. To the extent the law allows, LekhaPoth and Sophiya Lena are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access immediately for a Section 3 breach or a security threat. You may delete your account through the in-product flow (password + emailed confirmation).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh have jurisdiction, except that we may still seek urgent relief where your misuse is happening.

12. Changes

We may change these Terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new Terms.
